Shifa's experience pans across HR & Strategic subjects with tailor made solutions for clients having local, regional or global requirements. She has supported and led projects across Mature and Emerging markets from Asia, Europe, North America, Middle East and Africa.
It is rare to find a partner who has seen the Corporate side of the business, and understands the day-to-day reality of working within the organization locally (at a country level), regionally as well as globally.
